Job Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical support and companionship to senior clients in their homes

• Offer medication reminders as needed

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Perform grocery shopping, meal preparation, and basic diet monitoring

• Complete light housekeeping and laundry duties

• Assist with ambulation and mobility support

Employment Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check, or willingness to obtain one

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

• Ability to comply with all agency policies and procedures

• Minimum of three satisfactory professional references

• 1–2 years of home care experience
